This policy describes the public Truloader information website at truloader.com. The private application is still in development and is not available through this website.
What this website collects
This website has no signup forms, mailing list, account system, advertising or analytics integrations. It does not ask for provider credentials or shipment information. This public website does not set application cookies or store information in your browser.
Your browser sends technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to Vercel, our hosting provider, to load the site. Vercel may process request and security logs under its settings and policies. See Vercel’s privacy notice for information about its processing.
If you contact us
If you choose to email Truloader, your email provider and our mailbox provider process that message. We receive the address and information you send to answer your request. Do not send passwords, API keys or sensitive shipment details.
External services
The website does not contact freight providers or load third-party tracking scripts. Email links open your chosen email application. A future application, analytics integration or signup form will require an updated policy before it becomes available.
